The company has recently upgraded and launched the ZW7A-40.5F and ZW20-12FG series outdoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breakers, expanding its medium-voltage product portfolio from 12kV to 40.5kV. Both products target outdoor substations, industrial distribution, urban grid renovation and renewable energy integration, with a focus on breaking capacity, intelligent protection and long-term stability.
The ZW7A-40.5F is designed for 40.5kV outdoor distribution systems, incorporating an intelligent protection and control unit for overcurrent, short-circuit, earth fault, overvoltage and undervoltage protection, as well as remote monitoring and fault recording. The ZW20-12FG is intended for 12kV outdoor ring networks and distribution feeders, offering vacuum interruption, fast switching and fault identification for frequent operation and high-reliability applications.
According to the company, the upgrade follows the concept of “more reliable, smarter and safer”, helping customers reduce maintenance costs and improve distribution automation through optimized insulation, interrupter performance and control algorithms.
